With a healthy body, you will be more productive and will see an increment in your work. Sometimes we become so careless that we started to take our health for granted. Because they are filled with nutrients, energy and minerals, moreover as we are so busy to cook and eat a healthy food these healthy drinks will overcome the deficiency of fruits and vegetables from our body. In this way, you be able to maintain a healthy life.
When it comes to fresh juices there are many varieties but among all those most beneficial is a cold pressed juice because they are one hundred percent pure. As cold press juices uses two techniques to extract juice from the fruit and veggies; first, they shred them into small pieces then they apply hydraulic press on them. In this way, we are able to get purest juice. Any other juicer only uses one technique that is why they are the best. That’s the reason; today we will be discussing some cold pressed juices recipes that will help you to maintain a healthy life.
The first recipe that we will discuss is a health boost; it contains some of the earth’s most nutritious fruits and veggies. To prepare this juice you will need a handful of spinach, one roughly chopped beetroot, a lemon juice, sliced and deseeded apple and two sliced celery sticks. Place all of them in the juicer and your juice is ready, enjoy!
The second recipe is a sweet green juice, very delicious. For this recipe, we will need a sliced whole pineapple, three to four cucumbers, two green apples and few mint leaves. Place them in the cold press juicer and wait for it. There you go, enjoy this delicious drink.
The third recipe is mine personal favorite, a carrot blend. For this recipe, you will need five carrots, two green apples, two teaspoon of ginger and one lemon juice. Chop all of the roughly and place them in the cold press juicer and after a while, once all the juice is collected serve it.
